Who is responsible
The publisher and data controller for this website is Mario-Celestino Nardelli, a private individual residing in Italy and publishing under the name ZeroesOnesAndYou.

Your calendar files
ICS Import Doctor reads and processes the calendar file in your browser. The file contents are not uploaded to the publisher, Cloudflare, or another server by the tool. Checks, normalization, splitting, and creation of download links happen on your device.
The generated browser download links exist only in the current tab and are revoked when you clear the tool or leave the page. The site does not create an account or save a copy of your calendar.
Legal basis
No calendar content is processed by the publisher. The processing on your own device is initiated by you to provide the utility you requested.
Website hosting and security data
The site is served through Cloudflare Pages. Like other web hosts and content-delivery networks, Cloudflare may receive technical request data such as an IP address, time, requested page, browser information, and security signals. This is necessary to deliver the page, maintain security, and prevent abuse.
The publisher does not use Cloudflare Web Analytics, advertising pixels, or an additional analytics service on this release. The public website sets no non-essential cookies. Cloudflare may process infrastructure data on its network under its own documented safeguards and retention practices.
Legal basis
Where the publisher is the controller, the basis is legitimate interests in securely delivering a requested website and protecting it from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object as described below.
If you contact us
If you email the address above, the publisher receives the information you choose to send, your email address, and normal message metadata. It is used to answer you, maintain the utility, or handle a legal request.
Ordinary support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation and related records, then deleted when no longer necessary. Please do not send a calendar containing personal data by email.

The basis is taking steps at your request, where applicable, or legitimate interests in responding to correspondence and maintaining the service (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
External links and support
The Ko-fi support link and the links to other ZeroesOnesAndYou tools open separate websites only after you select them. Those services receive data according to their own privacy notices. No Ko-fi widget, advertising code, or third-party font is loaded inside this site.
A voluntary payment is handled by Ko-fi and its connected payment provider, not by ICS Import Doctor. Do not use a donation note to share sensitive information.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the Italian data-protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the competent supervisory authority where you live.

This notice will be updated if analytics, advertising, or another data-processing feature is introduced. Such a feature will not be silently added under this notice.
